We manufacture and sell handmade bread and cakes that can only be eaten here, using Katashina Village's special product "Hanazu" and "Egoma".
"Hana Mamepan" is made by kneading a large chunk of flower beans. Please try one dish that uses plenty of Katashina village's special products, such as the super-thick "Hanazu roll cake" that is made by wrapping Uji matcha dough with whipped cream of flower beans.
