"Marihime Dofu" uses the rare soybean "Daishaku" grown in the climate of Katashina Village and the water of "Oze no Sato Katashina Spring Group", one of the 100 best waters of Heisei.

It was born in 2019, inheriting the spirit of Zaru Tofu from "Oze Dorf", which was closed in 2018.

In addition to Zaru tofu, we also have soy milk, okara, and okara powder.

Please enjoy the rich sweetness and rich richness woven by nature.
