■Ganbanyoku with 100% Kiyoseki stone.
Kiyoseki stone has been attracting much attention as it was verified that it emits negative ions in an amount which is relatively large for natural rocks. The quantity of far-infrared radiation also outclasses other natural rocks.
‘Hanasaku-no-yu spa’ offers premium bedrock bath facilities decorated entirely with Guiyang stone (the floor, wall, and ceiling).
The negative ion and far-infrared radiation will help you sweat out healthy perspiration. Expected effects are skin-smoothing treatment and detoxing.

Enhancing beauty, improving physical fitness, improving excessive sensitivity to cold, increasing memory, and dieting effects
Detoxing effects, improving blood circulation, soothing effect, easing stiff shoulders and headache pain.

■Kiyoseki, a natural stone mined only in Katashina village
The rare natural stone mined only in Katashina village has been attracting much attention for its health-benefits since it was verified to emit negative ions at an amount relatively large for natural rocks.

■ I usually stay away from Saunas. Will I be OK?
Yes, you will. Unlike high- temperature Saunas, the far-infrared rays in the bedrock bath warms up the whole body gradually.
At the right humidity level in the spa, you will not get tired or feel as if you are not getting enough air, and what’s more, it will help you sweat out a healthy perspiration just like after playing sports. We can recommend the Sauna to just about everyone. It’s worthy of a try.
